Coaching with Celia

Moving Forward

Coaching is a special relationship between the coach and the client which, rather than looking to the past, plans for the future.  Unlike Counseling, which is so important for healing and restoration, Coaching helps understand where the client would like to go and determine steps to get there.  The role of a Coach is to help you understand what your goals are and how to achieve them, considering obstacles, implementing strategies for change and celebrating when you successfully achieve these goals.

Coaching sessions are 60 or 90 minutes and are conducted through a phone call, FaceTime, or in her Rochester, MI office.
